Frequently Asked Questions

Does this work anywhere in the world?
Yes! We don’t process payments on our platform. The currency and order tracking is simply for your own analytics and reporting, so you can use Hello Magnets no matter where you operate.
Do I have to pay every month even if I have no events?
No. You can subscribe when you need it and cancel right after. Your access lasts a full month from the date you subscribe — so if you subscribe mid-March, you have access until mid-April. Once your subscription expires you’ll need to resubscribe, but your account, events, orders, and all other data are never deleted.
How long are uploaded images retained?
We retain images for 30 days from when the order is created. This keeps costs down and ensures customer photos — which may be personal in nature — don’t live in our system indefinitely. Make sure to download any images you have consent to share on social media before the retention window closes.
What printer and supplies do I need?
Any photo printer will work — there’s no proprietary hardware. Most vendors use a compact dye-sublimation printer (like a Canon Selphy) and magnetic photo paper. Hello Magnets is the software layer that handles ordering and image preparation; you supply the printing setup you already know and love.
